Working primarily in acrylics, my work occurs on a range from loosely representational to decidedly abstract. The impetus for a composition will often arise from natural scenes (fields, forests, floral patters) but may otherwise develop from simple delight in colour or composition.

To get to the place - not ‘a’ place, but ‘the’ place for me – where it is still and quiet, and when I pause to listen, the only sound is my own voice expressing what only I see and feel free to express.
