I am committed to a journey of learning my whole life, whether through attending classes at university, college, art workshops, seminars, development programs, extensive reading, or research. I have been inspired by so many great artists and I have had the privilege of being influenced by extensive travel. This endless road has led to many paths including a business career as a financial executive, a family, and my pursuit of art. I have never set out to achieve an end but to evolve and grow as a person, leader, and artist. I have been truly blessed to be able to enjoy the fundamentals of creating art through a variety of tools and mediums, including fabric, clay, water colour and acrylics for many years.

I believe there is excitement and beauty in the connection between one’s mind and hand to see what can be created and how one can awaken emotions or capture memories through the application of colour, textures and patterns to art.

My journey of expression though art continues to evolve and while it can be challenging or humbling at times, it never fails to provide joy and an opportunity to share one of my passions with others.
